Fair Visitor Permit: according to The Guide for Buyers

1. Paper Invitation/E-Invitation Holders
Documents requested:
a. Paper Invitation Card or E-Invitation issued by CECF
b. Personal documents(Overseas Passport, H.K./ Macao I.D. Card, Taiwan Compatriot Travel Certificate or a Chinese passport with overseas visa valid for over one year)
c. A most recent passport photo (5cm × 4cm)
d. Business Card
Registration Venues: Registration Office in CECF (Pazhou) Complex, CECF (Liuhua) Complex or in the appointed hotels

2. On-line Applicants for PVC Card
Documents requested:
a. Notice for Acquiring Cards
b. Personal documents(Overseas Passport, H.K./ Macao I.D. Card, Taiwan Compatriot Travel Certificate or a Chinese passport with overseas visa valid for over one year)
c. Business Card
Registration Venue: Zone C, Registration Office in CECF (Liuhua) Complex

3. Online Pre-registered Visitors
Documents requested:
a. Receipt for Accepted Pre-registration
b. Personal documents(Overseas Passport, H.K./ Macao I.D. Card, Taiwan Compatriot Travel Certificate or a Chinese passport with overseas visa valid for over one year)
c. Business Card
Registration Venue: Registration Office in CECF (Liuhua) and CECF (Pazhou) Complex

4. Non-Invitation Holders
Documents requested:
a. Personal documents(Overseas Passport, H.K./ Macao I.D. Card, Taiwan Compatriot Travel Certificate or a Chinese passport with overseas visa valid for over one year)
b. A most recent passport photo (5cm × 4cm)
c. Business Card
d. Service Charge: RMB 100
Registration Venues: Registration Office in CECF (Pazhou) Complex, CECF (Liuhua) Complex or in the appointed hotels

5. PVC Card Holders
Documents requested:
a. PVC Card
b. Personal documents(Overseas Passport, H.K./ Macao I.D. Card, Taiwan Compatriot Travel Certificate or a Chinese passport with overseas visa valid for over one year)
Venues for PVC Card checking: Registration Office in CECF (Pazhou) Complex, CECF (Liuhua) Complex or at Gate 4,5,6 of CECF (Liuhua) Complex

6. Representatives with Foreign Company's Representative Office in China
Documents requested:
a. Valid Employee Certificate issued by China's Administration for Industry & Commerce
b. Copy of Business Registration Certificate of Foreign Company's Representative Office in China
c. The Employee's ID Card
d. Canton Fair's invitation card for Representatives (For those without invitation cards, RMB 250 / day must be paid besides presenting requested documents)
e. A most recent personal photo (5cm × 4cm)
f . Business Card

Interpretation :
1. contact Foreign Liaison Department of CFTC (China Foreign Trade Centre, Tel.86-20-86667291 Fax.86-20-83335880) in advance, or contact CFTC Interpreter Service Center at the Fair.
2. There are many free lance translators for hire before the front entrance usually showing which language that they can handle.

Traffic: there are taxi, bus and subway.

Safety: to avoid any accident, please note:
1. Goto the Fair by taxi or subway. Both Pazhou Complex and Liuhua Complex are close to subway station.
2. If you have to ask for help, the best is to look for someone in uniform.
3. In Guangzhou (Canton), most signs are both in Chinese and English. Certainly, it is better to get/buy a map from the Hotel.
4. Take care of your personal belongings. Pickpockets are common in such crowded situation everywhere.
5. Be ware of strangers because there are many crooks pretending to help or ask for help as a mean for their tricks.
6. Be sure where you will go, check for information in advance if needed.
